Terms & Conditions – Seams by Jenny

By booking an appointment, using our website, or receiving services from Seams by Jenny, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

• Seams by Jenny operates by appointment only.
• Clients may schedule appointments online or by contacting us directly.
• Please arrive on time to ensure your scheduled service can be completed.

• Free estimates are provided in person only.
• Pricing may vary depending on garment construction, fabric, and requested alterations.

• A deposit confirms your commitment to move forward with services.
• Custom garments require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins.
• Alterations under $30 must be paid in full at pickup.
• Remaining balances are due upon completion of services.
• Accepted payment methods include cash, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, and major credit cards (credit card fees are non-refundable).

• Clients are responsible for communicating satisfaction with fit and changes during the final fitting or pickup.
• Once garments are picked up, clients have 7 days to request alteration revisions.

• Standard alteration timelines are estimated at 7–14 business days unless otherwise stated.
• Custom garments typically require 4–8 weeks.
• Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

• Adjustments for custom garments are provided within 7 days of the initial fitting.
• After this period, additional charges may apply.
• All services are final; no refunds or exchanges.

• For health, safety, and quality reasons, all garments must be clean and in wearable condition prior to your appointment.
• Seams by Jenny reserves the right to refuse service on any garment that is excessively soiled, unhygienic, or unsuitable for alteration work.
• Please ensure garments are properly cleaned before bringing them to your consultation or fitting.
• Seams by Jenny is not responsible for pre-existing stains, damage, or weaknesses in fabric.

• Completed garments will be held for up to 30 days.
• Items not picked up within this timeframe may be donated or discarded.

• Each service is charged individually.
• Steaming is considered a separate service and is available upon request for an additional fee.

• Content on this website is for informational purposes only.
• Unauthorized copying or use of images or content is prohibited.

Seams by Jenny reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page.
